Technical Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  1. Experience of Chat and Phone calls with US customers
  2. Ready to work on US/UK rotational shifts.
  3. Knowledge on Windows Server 2012, 2014, configuring multiple users remote access on those servers.
  4. Prior Technical experience.
  5. Knowledge or Configuring, Routers.
  6. Managing Virtualbox & Vmwares
  7. Port forwarding on router to configure RDP on Static IP
  8. Hardware knowledge on Servers, Laptops etc
  9. Software installations experience.
  10. Backup of Servers.
  11. Configuration of servers
  12. Servicing laptops, Desktops, Servers
  13. Networking knowledge

 Desired Skills :

1. 1-3 years of experience as Technical Support Engineer.

2. Industry TypeIT-Software / Software Services.

3. Role Category: Admin/Maintenance/Security/Datawarehousing.
