<\/span>Sharing Reports with ISU in Workday Integration<\/span><\/h2>\nAfter I turn on the security adjustments, I share custom reports with ISU.<\/p>\n
I open the custom report in Workday Integration, set the parameters, and make sure the report is ready to run.<\/p>\n
Every day at a specific time, I set the integration to run on its own.<\/p>\n
With Workday Integration, I can set the time zone, start time, and how often the program runs.<\/p>\n
Once set up, the integration runs every day without any human input, automatically creating and sending the necessary files.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Configuring Integration Parameters in Workday Integration<\/span><\/h2>\nI set the right parameters when I was setting up an integration in Workday Integration.<\/p>\n
For instance, I choose “employee” as the worker type and set the other parameters that are needed.<\/p>\n
I set the settings to be determined at runtime so that the most recent data is used in each run.<\/p>\n
I set the parameters, then I set the schedule and make sure the integration runs every day at 6 PM IST.<\/p>\n
Workday Integration shows me all of the scheduled executions, which helps me keep track of each run without becoming confused.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Checking Schedules in Workday Integration<\/span><\/h2>\nIf I’m not sure when an integration is going to happen, Workday Integration gives me a few ways to find out.<\/p>\n
I can access the integration, click on related actions, and see the schedule under reports.<\/p>\n
I may also go for “Schedule Future Processes” to determine the exact schedule for the integration.<\/p>\n
This approach makes sure I know when the integration will happen.<\/p>\n
To keep things accurate and avoid missing changes, it’s vital to check timetables.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Transferring Schedule Ownership in Workday Integration<\/span><\/h2>\nWhen I make a schedule in Workday Integration, I give ISU control over it.<\/p>\n
This step is very important since it makes sure that the schedule runs in the right user context.<\/p>\n
It’s easy to transfer ownership: I select “Transfer Ownership,” type in the ISU name, and then confirm.<\/p>\n
After the transfer, all scheduled integrations run as ISU.<\/p>\n
I can check the integration events when I log in to Workday Integration.<\/p>\n
I will notice that the execution has started and is running as ISU.<\/p>\n
This method keeps everything in order and makes sure that everything goes well.<\/p>\n
